These terms govern your use of MedMile. MedMile is a marketplace that connects riders with independent transportation providers. MedMile is not a transportation carrier and does not provide medical services or emergency transportation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Drivers

Drivers are independent providers and must hold required licenses, insurance, and credentials in their jurisdiction. Approval and continued listing are at MedMile's discretion.

Payments

Driver subscriptions are billed monthly via our payments provider. Trials are free for 30 days; you can cancel from the billing portal at any time.
